In Hebrew, "Ein od milvado" (אין עוד מלבדו), which means "there is no-one else but Him" (God).
Recently, earlier this week and before, I've been having massive "mood swings," feeling great one moment and despairing, helpless, hopeless, 100% futile, etc. the next. I've prayed to God for assistance and now He's granted me some great tips on this subject (although if anyone is reading and also struggles with such a problem, the only way to sort it out is to talk to God about it too); now I feel like "Mr. Optomist." Thank God!
