The entire world's culture (almost all communities and groups of people in the world act in unison as one giant culture, a worldwide society) is waging a war on God. Nearly the only times the word "God" is mentioned in the mainstream, it is to say something that, at least in some way, goes against his standards or teachings. Any time the worldwide culture desires to do or support something that God forbids or despises, it is not the culture that needs to change, to fit more with God's standards, but God and Jewish tradition (Torah) (or other, idolatrous, traditions, such as Chrisitan teachings) that need to bow down to, and stoop to the level of, the culture and what it deems permissible.
I will highlight some examples of the immoral, evil garbage that is being pushed by those who hate God (whether or not they admit it):

The "Transgender" Movement"

The "transgender" movement is, essentially, about permitting men to act like, and claim to be, women, and to manipulate their bodies through surgery (often called "gender-affirming" surgery) to appear more like them, or vice-versa (and I'll get to the so-called "non-binaries" shortly). It is one of the so-called "phobias" ("transphobia," because everyone who disagrees with them is just a primitive, irrational buffoon; and to quote what God plainly states in the Bible is horrible, so God's words need to be twisted and contorted to meet the evil agenda, lest one be some sort of "phobic") to state the objective reality that men should act like men and not cross the boundary between them and women, and, again, vice-versa.
And what about those who identify (which, in this case, means to act inconsistent with what one is [e.g. their identity], as either a man or a woman) as "non-binary?" Effectively, they just can take some of both male and female qualities and actions, to become like a non-human androgyne.
Alright, so what is the problem with all this, and how is it a part of waging war on God? So, God created men and women to act in certain, DIFFERENT ways. Men, according to God's standards, are morally obligated to (and intended as a part of natural law and purpose in creation) act masculine and avoid certain feminine qualities and actions. And the same for women, but the opposite (so, actually, not the same). So when one crosses the boundary or tries to sit in the middle, to take from both sides, they are being immoral, and going against God's purposes and intents for creation. Already, in supporting and advocating for and helping people to act in a 180-degree direction to their purpose in the world that God intended, that is a war on God. And distorting and manipulating God's plain words to fit their immoral, anti-God actions is also a part of waging war on God.
